Acts of Kindness

T-Angle in Action

— There is no kindness too small. There is no help too small. Every act of kindness counts.

According to a scientific study, when we practice kindness either to other people or towards ourselves we can experience positive mental and physical changes through lowering stress levels and increasing the body’s production of feel-good hormones such as dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin. Being kind helps boost the immune system, reduce blood pressure and reduce stress and anxiety.

The best way to foster mental health is to provide kindness, love, and help to others who are in need. Other than Group Support E-Card, our mental support program, T-Angle also runs its Acts of Kindness program which aims to help those in need and make contributions to the communities. The program includes but is not limited to:

Help to connect you with professional services as needed

Help to connect you with the non-profit organizations for the help needed

Form a task team to help you with your specific situations

Run Acts of Kindness events and programs.

Organize and team up with other organizations for community services

Etc.
